“Braille Block Code” is a concept like “Braille Block” combines with “QR-code”. Arrangement of white dots represents the different locations. We see Braille Block both indoors and outdoors that means we get “Braille Block Code” everywhere. With the help of the Internet on the cell phone instead of using GPS through satellites let users get more accurate position and information around them in a short time. Braille Block as a public facility is designed to guide the blind people in the street or buildings. But from now on, everyone can get the information indoors or outdoors when take a picture of the “Braille Block Code” from cell phone.
